Speech therapy

Mr. Aidan is not a quiet guy, but he doesn't have a lot of words. At his two year appointment he had about half of what he should. The doctor referred us to an early Intervention program. They came to the house and tested Aidan. His hearing and eye sight are great. He tested at or above age level on everything except communication. He has a delay in expressive language by about 6 mOnths. So we have agreed to services and he starts speech therapy next week. They will come to the house and work with him 1 or 2 times a week, and also leave homework for us to Work on. In 6 months they will retest to see how he Is improvIng. He is already adding words with the few things they showed me to work on. We are sure that once he gets the hang of talking we won't be able to keep him quiet.
