My sister, Jen, and I took Aidan on his first hike today. Actually two hikes. We did the Temple Quarry trail at the mouth of little cottonwood and then the Millcrek B trail in Big cottonwood. Nothing too hard, just little jaunts. My plan is take him every week until the weather does not allow it and start back up in the spring. Aidan LOVES to be outside. I am hoping to keep his love of it up so as a three year old his messes will be outside not in (hahaha, I can only wish)

love it. it is amazing how good it feels for both mommy and baby to be OUTSIDE. and yes. it helps when they get older too :)
