Brian was sworn in as an engineer on January 3. It happened at a city council meeting. Along with Brian, 2 captains and 2 new guys were also sworn in. The Chief said some very nice things about Bri, which the mayor agreed with loudly. Afterwards we went to dinner at Rubios and got brownies from Sweet tooth Fairy. Aidan liked running the halls the best. He looked very stylish and grown up in his button shirt and khakis. He is actually in his slippers, but since they have firetrucks on them Brian said they were appropriate for the occasion.
In the first picture you can see Brian's harry potter scar. That is what happens when you hit yourself in the head with a crow bar and don't get stitches. This is after 2 months of healing.
