New station 83 was dedicated on Thursday. Brian was on duty so he got the fun job of cleaning up before and after the party. They opened the station to the public for a couple of hours so everyone could see the inside of it. It is a very cool station. A few facts about it. It is the only Murray Station on the west side of I-15 (good for earthquakes), it has a basement that holds the Emergency Command Center (good for earthquakes, again), it has all new lazy boys (good for the husband), and this is where the new fire truck(nickname the USS Bilanzich) will be there.
