THE TRUCK IS HERE!!!! It arrived at Ross today, while Brian was working. The City Mayor, Chief and Capt. KB all showed up to see it and hand over the very large check for it. It will be at ross for a week or so while they put the finishing touches on it. We also found out today that Brian will be doing the department training on it. WOO-HOO!!!! The funniest picture is Brian is the first to sit in the Engineer seat from the Deprtment. He will also probably be the first to drive it, since he has to for the final inspection. The other cool thing is that the Mayor's dream finally came true and we got flames on the truck.
Just to clarify. His birth name is Brian, but his current name is Mac. Several of the guys on the department don't even know his name is Brian. Notice the coveralls say Mac. I have had to accept that this name is here to stay....besides he loves it (it is even on his jeep plates)
The random picture is a picture of my new Keens, that are made of recycled bags. They are so cute!!
