Roller derby

One of the girls at work is on the local Roller Derby league. Which also happens to be one of the hobbies of a fellow firefighter's wife. They are both trying to convince me to join. If you don't know what roller derby is, a short expalnation is two teams of woman on skates on a track, racing around trying to score points but the catch is that the other team slams you, to the ground or in a wall, to keep you from scoring. My friends have had some pretty good bruises. One part of roller derby is you have a special names examples are Midgy Moto, Ax-ta-grind, Dirty Pirate hooker and PMS Princess. Yesterday we figured out my name and it would be...Hook and Ladder Groupie. Pretty fitting, don't you think.
