the happenings

In between our adventures, which Aidan and I are enjoying, life continues. Aidan is now in 3T clothing and a size 8 shoe. The pediatrician keeps telling me that his growth will slow down, but I am not seeing it. He is saying more words and picks up on animal sounds easily. He is getting to the point that he needs another hair cut. He loves bubble baths and being independent. The independent thing has caused a few temper tantrums in the past few weeks, but both parents and baby are learning how to deal. We decided to finish the remodel of the bedrooms, so Brian has been busy pulling apart the spare room. Once that is done we will move in there and he will tear apart our room. Brian came up with the brilliant idea of taking a small space in the spare room and turning it into a closet for our room. He tore out the wall yesterday and we both love it now that we can physically see it. Work is good for Brian. Domesticating is fabulous for me. Playing is great for Aidan. and lounging is nice for Murray.
