Long before Aidan was born I knew I wanted books to be a part of my parenting routine. During pregnancy I gathered books I knew I would love. When Aidan was born we added more and then came up with the idea for each holiday he will get a book (if it is a big holiday a gift as well) So between holidays, an english teacher grandma and this momma's addiction to picture books we have had to invest in bigger shelf.
Aidan already has hid favorites. He loves the Lama Lama books, and "Giraffes can't dance"
Each night at bedtime we read a story as part of the routine. I find that those few nights we haven't read I don't sleep as well either.
Gotta love my little worm!!!!
