another speech evaluation

Today was Aidan's speech evaluation with Granite District. I was very nervous going into it, but he and I had talks yesterday and today about it. He did really good during testing except for the hearing portion. He wanted nothing to do with the earphones on his head. Oh well. The result was he did not qualify for services. That he is within the range of speech for his peer group. Yay!! They said his progress over the past 9 months (his first Evaluation) to now is fantastic. They did give me some things to watch for in case he starts to lag again. I am so proud of my little man. He has worked hard and struggled but he did it. HE USES HIS WORDS!! I am still enrolling him in preschool this fall though.
